The Gender Justice Practitioners Hub (GJPH)

This initiative explores the establishment of a Gender Justice Practitioner Hub (GJP Hub) – a centre mandated to support and connect practitioners involved in securing gender justice for core international crimes.

Sexual Exploitation and Abuse by Security Forces

LAW advocates sexual exploitation and abuse perpetrated by security forces against protected persons be recognised as rape and in certain circumstances as international crime – namely a war crime and/or crime against humanity.

Redefining FGM as Torture

In 2017, LAW commenced a campaign on redefining female genital mutilation/ cutting (FGM/C) as a form of torture and potentially, an international crime.

No Safe Haven

Legal Action Worldwide (LAW)’s No Safe Haven (NSH) project seeks to end international impunity for war criminals and the perpetrators of human rights violations and to provide justice to the victims of such atrocities.
